FUE Method

Among the methods used for hair transplant, the FUE method is the most successful one (the number one). FUE, i.e. Follicular Unit Extraction indicates the way of harvesting hair follicles. In other words, it describes us that the hair follicles are harvested one by one. The FUE method is a procedure, in which the scalp is numbed through anesthesia, and then hair follicles are harvested and transplanted to the bold areas one by one, with the help of a micro-motor equipped with a special punch. The most important thing to pay attention to during hair transplant with the FUE method is the placement of the hair follicles by considering their growing directions. The more accurate this procedure is performed, the more natural the hair will look. With the FUE method, 4000 to 7000 hair strands are harvested from the donor area and transplanted to their new place in a session. Since the Fue method involves no incisions, it does not require suturing. This is a method that enables the patient to feel more comfortable during both the operation and the healing period. It is one of the most preferred methods because leaves no surgical scar. Operations with the FUE method are performed under local anesthesia, by allowing for breaks during sessions.

Since the FUE method involves no incisions and sutures, it leaves no scars. In the FUE method that provides comfort during the healing process, complete recovery will be observed after two days. In procedures performed with the FUE method, you will feel no pain either during or after the operation. After you have hair transplant, you can sleep in any position you want, and it will not damage your hair follicles. Because no nerves and veins will be damaged during the operation, you will not experience a long-lasting numbness.

Thanks to the FUE technique, your hair follicles are transplanted in a way to ensure that they will grow to the right, left, backward and forward, with angles from 30 to 35 degrees. Therefore, your hair will grow in these transplant directions. With the FUE technique, hair tissues are ensured to grow without damaging the hair follicles harvested from the scalp. The difference of the FUE technique from other procedures manifests itself at this point. The technique allows for rapid tissue harvesting and also supports rapid healing because it involves fine holes.

What is important in hair transplant operations is to harvest healthy hair roots, which look dense and aesthetically beautiful, and then transplant them to the bold areas. This procedure is more successfully performed in the FUE method.

The Fue method is a method that helps provide the most natural appearance. After the operation, your hair will look extremely natural and recover its original form. The biggest factor for this is that the hair follicles are your own follicles. The hair color and structure belong to you; and therefore, they will not look different from others.

If you will have hair transplant with the FUE method, you need to shorten the hair strands in the donor area.
